Students in the district’s Saturday Program recently had an exciting opportunity to participate in a Touch-a-Truck event hosted by Copiague Fire Department. The experience was a wonderful blend of learning and fun, as students and staff explored the fire trucks up close and learned about fire safety from local firefighters.

Many students also shared thank-you cards they had created, expressing their appreciation directly to the firefighters for their service and for spending the morning with them. The district extends its sincere gratitude to the Copiague Fire Department for their continued partnership and support of our programs.
